This is reflective of how we behave at Automattic, though we don’t have a dedicated channel for posting fail pictures and insider memes. I think this is probably the norm for most small-ish, young-ish, internet-ish companies. Especially the smart ones. (I LoL’d way too hard at the pug costume bit.)
